Efficient and Effective Fitness Training For You

Whether you are across town or across the country, Michelle can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Gain the knowledge and motivation you need to reach a new level of fitness through In-Home or In-Office Training, E-training, challenging outdoor Boot Camp Classes, or Stroller Strength Classes.

Michelle's training hours are:
Monday through Friday, 9am - 3pm.
Sessions are typically at 9am, 10:30am, 12pm, and 1:30pm.
