What do I need to bring to class?
Bring your baby in a stroller or jogger, water, and a blanket or mat for exercising.
How old should my child be?
This class is right for any child that is at least six weeks of age and enjoys a ride in the stroller.
What will we do?
You will be walking, strength training with tubing and body resistance, and stretching for a total of one hour.
What if my baby gets fussy?
Your first priority is your baby. We will usually follow an out and back route with several benches and grassy areas along the way to stop and nurse or sooth your baby how only you know best.
What about the weather?
We will be exercising in light rain, mist, fog and wind. Classes will be rescheduled in extreme conditions.
Where do we meet?
We will vary our locations in and around the State College area. Your instructor will give you a schedule once you are registered for the class.
How much does it cost?
Currently, we are offering monthly sessions with a monthly fee.
