What is it?
An outdoor exercise class that combines strength and cardiovascular training for an overall body workout.
When?
9:15am - 10:15am on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Running for 6 weeks starting May 2 through June 8.
Where?
At various parks in and around State College.
Who?
This is for women only (sorry guys). Class size is limited to 10 people to ensure optimal safety and personal attention.
How?
Registration is currently open. Go back to the classes page to view the Boot Camp Registration Information. Complete the forms and email them back to me at dimidio@cs.com. Once I receive the completed forms and payment in full, you will be officially in. Remember enrollment is limited to 10 people.
Registration Fees are as follows:
Wednesdays $125
Fridays $125
Both Days $240 (save $10)
