Efficient and Effective Fitness Training For You

Whether you are across town or across the country, Michelle can help you reach your health and fitness goals.  Gain the knowledge and motivation you need to reach a new level of fitness through In-Home or In-Office Training, E-training, challenging outdoor Boot Camp Classes, or Stroller Strength Classes.

Michelle's training hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 3pm.
Sessions are typically at 9am, 10:30am, 12pm, and 1:30pm.


INTRODUCING Backyard Bootcamp!

Gather your friends and neighbors and enjoy the benefits (and results) of working with Michelle in the convenience of your backyard or neighborhood park. Lose fat and inches while saving time, money, and gasoline. The coordinator of the group receives a $20 training gift card. Class fee is dependent on class size. See pricing for more information.
